Ingredients
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ¾ cup of water
  • 5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup egg whites
Directions
  1. Add oats, milk, and water to the pot.
  2. Turn the heat up to medium.
  3. As small bubbles start to form around the edge of the pot, turn down the heat to low and start stirring.
  4. After 5 to 6 minutes of stirring, the porridge should be a thicker consistency.
  5. Pour in the egg whites and continue stirring fast so that the egg whites do not turn into a scramble.
  6. Pour in maple syrup.
  7. Pour oatmeal in serving bowls.
  8. Top with desired toppings.
