Homemade Fruit Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients
3 strawberries
2 kiwis
½ mango
¼ cup of blueberries
1 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
Begin the recipe by preparing the fruit. Slice the strawberries diagonally.
Peel and slice the kiwi diagonally.
Slice half of the mango then cut it into ½-inch pieces.
Place the sliced strawberries, sliced kiwi, sliced mango and blueberries into a mixing bowl.
Get a liquid measuring jug and pour into it coconut water and maple syrup. Mix until the maple syrup stops sinking to the bottom (about 30 seconds).
Get the popsicle molds and spoon in 3 tablespoons of fruit.
After all the molds are filled with fruit, fill the molds up with tyour coconut water and maple syrup mixture.
Cover the molds with lids and freeze overnight.
The next morning, to get the popsicles out, run them under warm water for 15 seconds until they easily come out.
Serve immediately.
