What Fitness Tracker Does Kate Middleton Use?

Catherine, Princess of Wales, completed the National Three Peaks Challenge in June 2026 and scaled the three highest mountains in England, Wales, and Scotland in 24 hours. During that grueling challenge, Kate Middleton apparently relied on the Apple Watch Series 11 to help her keep track of her health, according to Woman And Home. It's unsurprising that the princess relied on Apple's 2025 watch model, given that it comes with a 24-hour battery life as well as a reliable GPS system and heart rate monitoring.

It's highly likely Kate would have logged in anywhere from 50,000 to 65,000 steps on her fitness tracker by the end of her challenge. However, the fitness watch didn't solely come in handy for the fitness challenge. It could have also helped her improve her life as someone who has had cancer. According to the American Institute for Cancer Research, wearing a fitness watch could motivate people who had been diagnosed with cancer to stay active.

People who have had cancer and are regular fitness watch wearers have said they have better physical functioning and better quality of life, experience less fatigue, exercise with more intensity, and get in more daily steps. Dr. Liao Yue, Assistant Professor of Public Health in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Texas at Arlington, also noted that exercising regularly could help mitigate the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, which was already pronounced in those who had cancer. Although Dr. Yue recommended that people who have had cancer get their heart rate up for 150 minutes per week, she also stressed that any form or frequency of exercise could prove beneficial to their health.

Kate Middleton has always been big on physical activity

Chatting with Hello! Magazine in November 2024, royal expert and author Robert Jobson offered an update on how Catherine, Princess of Wales, was doing after completing preventative chemotherapy. "From what I understand, Catherine is doing very well. She is back training at the gym and doing all the things she wanted to do," he said. Kate Middleton previously made it abundantly clear that physical activity is a priority for her, even with her busy schedule.

According to the Daily Mirror, Kate was asked whether she went to the gym, while she was at a sporting event in January 2023. She reportedly replied, "It's running around after the children — I do it all, whenever I can squeeze in exercise I do, even jumping on the trampoline with my children before school." Now, there are numerous reasons why you should add a trampoline to your fitness routine. However, it's important to know how to use a trampoline to stay fit to increase your odds of reaping the benefits.

Of course, Kate's preferred forms of movement go beyond the trampoline. During her event appearance in January 2023, the beloved royal revealed that she played other sports with her three children while also confirming that competitiveness ran in the whole family. Additionally, during a June 2025 chat with People, Dwayne Fields, who walked around the Lake District with Kate for a YouTube video, revealed that she had told him that she had found a lot of solace in outdoor walks when she was in cancer recovery. With all of this in mind, Kate appears to know all about the best workouts you can do without going to the gym.
