- Ksenia has been featured on CTV News, Global, Eater, and the Winnipeg Free Press for her work in the kitchen and beyond.
- She has traveled to every continent, except Asia, in search of inspiration and culinary experiences, eating in Michelin-starred restaurants and street food stalls in Jordan, Athens, Copenhagen, Mexico City, and New York City. Her favorite culinary trip involves cooking in the back of an RV across the Golden Coast of Australia.
- The only thing Ksenia loves doing more than cooking and photographing food is teaching others about it. She has taught cooking and photography workshops to teens, adults, and children in the forests of Wisconsin, a fancy hotel dining room in Cincinnati, and kitchens across Canada.
