Tiffany's passion for wellness emerged from her personal health journey. In 2020, during a self-study, she realized preventable sicknesses grew in prevalence due to the population's deficit of understanding of nutrition. These findings inspired her to obtain certifications to become a professional Nutrition and Health Consultant. Tiffany's objective is to simplify nutrition to teach audiences how to live naturally and prevent disease.
Education
Tiffany is a graduate of Butler Tech and currently holds a Diploma in Nutrition from Fabulous Body Inc. She also acquired a certification in Food and Health from Stanford online and is currently studying to obtain a Health Coach certification from Precision Nutrition.
