  • After learning through her work as a dietician that most people have a hard time figuring out how to nurture their bodies she made it her mission to write scientific nutritional information so that it's clear and accessible to everyone.
  • She is also a small business owner and understands the challenges of leading a healthy life with a busy schedule, which is why she strives to make her nutritional advice as relatable and realistic as possible.
  • Ariane loves a good workout and although she got her Pilates certification in 2019, she now enjoys doing HIIT workouts at home.

Ariane Lang, RD, MBA, is a freelance food and nutrition writer who's been creating online content since 2019 when she started writing for Healthline Nutrition. She joined Static Media in 2022, contributing to Health Digest and The Daily Meal. She's spent most of her career educating her patients and clients on how to create a work-life balance that leads to better health outcomes without sacrificing personal relationships or social life. Since she deeply believes balance is key, she can be found enjoying a (sugar-free) sweet treat at the beach in her spare time.

Ariane holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition & dietetics from the Universidad de Ciencias Médicas (UCIMED) in San José, Costa Rica, and an MBA with a minor in international entrepreneurship from EAE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
