According to a 2019 Inside Edition feature on Trump, her goal is to eat "seven pieces of fresh fruit each day." At the top of her list are apples and peaches, though her social media updates in recent years have also featured pineapples, bananas, strawberries, and blueberries as part of her go-to fruits.
What's more, even when you look at what Melania Trump drinks in a day, it's not surprising that many consider her to be among the most health-conscious members of the Trump family. In a Facebook post from 2013, Trump shared that many people were asking about the ingredients she puts in her usual breakfast smoothie, so she provided the list: "spinach, celery, carrots, blueberries, apple, orange juice, lemon juice, fat free yogurt, olive oil, flex seeds [sic], omega-3, vitamin D." Presumably the latter two ingredients are in the form of supplements.
